With spring-like days finally appearing and summer fast approaching I have chosen my next open house theme to be “SPRING INTO SUMMER”                    The date of my open house show and sale is Saturday June 22, the first full day of summer. Hours will be 9am to 5pm. As always refreshments will be served. Come for a visit and see what I ve been up to!

April can be such a dreary month but it s nice to remember what is coming next. Thinking of sunny days..mild temps. .green grass..budding trees..and spring flowers peeking  up through the gardens. Keeping busy with my own projects as well as fine prep  work on projects for Lloyds Refinishing.

1. In the midst of a March snowstorm today and temp is still very frosty.  But good news..sun is getting stronger every day and days are getting longer. It won t be much longer now until we re able to take long walks in the fresh air and sunshine without the fear of falling on ice.  Great weather to stay inside until then and work on my projects.

It s certainly been a wintery month with lots of cold..high winds and lots of snow! But we can cheer up. It should all be over soon as we near the end of this Canadian February. Continuing to create an assortment of new projects for my spring show and sale and always looking for new ideas.

It s the start of another New Year. This is my slow time of year and it’s been good to be able to get caught up on household jobs. Now I m looking forward to making new contacts, new friends, and lots of new orders.  I will soon be starting on projects for my upcoming Spring Show and Sale. Watch for more details to come. What a wonderful Christmas Season. ..and a busy one . Hope everyone enjoyed celebrating  with family and friends!  Hard to  believe the festivities are almost all over and we ll be into the New Year soon!  Wishing everyone all the best for 2019.

I have just completed a new batch of red pepper jelly and new..carrot cake jelly! These are both delicious over cream cheese on crackers or bagels. Also available..freshly baked butter tarts and freshly cut greenery. Call or text me at 289.691.0719 for more info or to order.

November is coming to an end and we are well into the Christmas Season, with parades,  bazaars, decorating, shopping, wrapping,   baking, special services , and entertaining. Christmas is coming fast!  I’ve completed my show and my orders early this year and had a great turnout at the bazaar on the weekend . Making time now for all the usual seasonal preparations. Hope you can all take time to enjoy this special season. 🎄
